El presente artículo contiene un estudio prospectivo, práctico y muy útil para conocer y definir los tipos de conectividad en modo sincrónico, necesarias para la prestación de servicios de salud por Telemedicina en cualquier país del mundo. Es universal. Se fundamenta en la comunicación asertiva y oportuna, inmediata y eficiente entre médicos o médico-paciente, si fuera necesario, ubicados en diferentes sitios con diversos tipos de conectividad o recursos técnicos para transmitir o intercambiar datos, curvas o imágenes médicas.

Es muy interesante, analizar estos escenarios desiguales por sitio geográfico, recurso tecnológico y conectividad, expresada por uso de Internet con diferentes anchos de banda.

The present article contains a prospective, practical and very useful study to know and to define the types of connectivity in synchronous way, necessary for the provision of services of health for Telemedicin in any country of the world. It is universal. It is based on the assertive and opportune, immediate and efficient communication between doctors or doctor - patient, if it was necessary, located on different sites with diverse types of connectivity or technical resources to transmit or to exchange information, curves or medical images.
